Our space is located at the end of the hallway inside the Bond Building. If you have an appointment scheduled, feel free to come in and have a seat in our waiting room.
While we always aim to greet you personally upon arrival, there may be times when we are assisting others. In the meantime, please feel free to take a seat and relax for your upcoming session by enjoying a warm cup of coffee, tea, hot chocolate or cold glass of water. Your comfort is important.
This intimate space is designed to offer a cozy, safe environment where individuals can feel comfortable and connected while working one-to-one with your clinician. The room is engineered to be soothing and private, to help with focus, while minimizing sensory noise and distraction to avoid any mental health activations. This space is ideal for work focused on emotional regulation and mindfulness practices.
This space is purposefully designed to accommodate groups, families, and couples, providing a safe environment where individuals can connect with one another. It also offers an atmosphere for those seeking a larger, open space to feel comfortable, whether for movement, pacing, or engaging in somatic therapeutic techniques. The room is intended to provide everyone with the space they need to feel supported and at ease.
Our this cozy group space was thoughtfully arranged in a familiar residential manner to comfortably accommodate eight people; ideal for psychoeducation, training, group work, or Associate meetings.
The administrative space is primarily used by clinicians to complete paperwork, print treatment pages, research techniques, and other administrative duties. This space was designed for clinician work in mind, but still has comfortable client space to be useful for sessions with individuals who need to complete paperwork, or require a multimedia focused session.
Two private parking spots are saved for client's specific to the Bond Building. Feel free to use these spaces if you are meeting at the Bond Building for an appointment.
The City of St. Catharines has many marked paid parking spaced close to the Bond Building on Bond Street, St. Paul Street, Race Street, and Court Street.
These spaces are monitored by the Municipality of St. Catharines at the rate of $2 per hour payable through the Honk application or website (Found Here).
There is a three-hour maximum daily parking limit from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Metered parking is free outside those hours.
